How does God see you?

God gave us the faculty to see beyond our present circumstances. He gave us ‘Imagination!’ – to see ourselves in the context of an Eternal purpose and calling.

NPG x28780,Charles William Anderson Scott,by News ChronicleSo, the question is – what do you see about yourself?

During Winston Churchill’s critical wartime leadership, he asked his Leaders to picture in their minds’ a Victory Parade. He needed them to believe in their hearts that Victory was a certainty!

Don’t let your vision of what is possible be limited to what you fear about yourself, nor of what others think about you; but only what God say’s about you – in His Word. Remember, when God spoke forth Creation He declared that it was good, and that includes you! You are part of His Creation and He wants you to see yourself as He sees you – Blessed with every spiritual blessing in Heavenly places.

This all happens by faith of course, that is faith In Christ – His Redemption.

I include below some Scriptures that will help you get a good picture of yourself, to see yourself as Father God sees you.

You are “God’s child for you are born again of incorruptible seed of the Word of God which lives and abides forever.” (1 Peter:23)

You are “A new creation, old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Cor. 5:17)

You are “Complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power.” (Col 2:10)

You are “Joint heirs with Christ Jesus” (Rom 8 :17)

You are “Rooted and built up in Christ” (Col 2 : 7)

He has “Delivered your soul in peace from the battle that was against you.” (Ps. 55:18)
